The golden retriever walked, his muscular body gracefully covering the ground in long strides. His tail was straight out, but it was slightly curved near the center. He walked, bravely and confidently to the factory and stopped. Maybe this place would provide sufficient shelter for the night. The brute continued his trek to the door of the factory, which was open. He pushed on it with is snout, opening it with a loud creak! The noise echoed throughout the place. Not a soul was present. Good. Just how Killion liked it. He had been bothered too long by other dogs. He could probably hide here. There were many doors, containers, pipes, and such here. Perfect hiding places. Killion needed not to hide, really. He was not afraid of a fight. In fact, he had so much pride that he knew he would win. Win without a scratch. He was a very proud dog. And he liked it that way. He liked who he was. No one would ever change him. And that was that.

The brute entered the factory. He could hear water dripping steadily from a pipe somewhere in the distance. Drip. Drop. Drip. Drop. Every other second, the water dripped again. It was a bit annoying. Killion decided to ignore it and walked into the center of the factory. He barked, listening to his own echo throughout the walls of the place. It made him feel strong. He nodded, glancing up toward the skylight. The moon shined down on him, making his golden coat shine. He felt like a king. No, a god. This would be his world...at least for a little while. He would protect it and rule it to his utmost abilities. If anyone dared stand in his way, they were in trouble. Killion would battle for his place as king and god over this abandoned factory. In fact, he liked the notion of a fight. He had not had a fight in what seemed like ages. The brute could feel the hairs on his back stand up, and his body seemed to shake with anticipation.

Killion walked from the light with his head held high. He smiled, his brown eyes sparkling with pride and glory. The golden retriever made his way over to a cylinder. It was big. Bulky. And it still even had a bit of shine to it. Killion nodded, deciding he would sit here beside this giant thing. To him, it looked a lot like a tin can. Maybe he would figure out if anything was inside it later. Killion sat, and then lowered his body to the ground. He was tired of all this running around in this land. Why did everyone do it? Well, maybe because they were all afraid of him. Yeah, that was it. Killion liked the idea. He imagined the vixens cowering before him. And the alphas of the packs bowing before his feet. Yes, he could grow accustomed to being royalty. One who was feared and respected by all. If someone dared to challenge that, Killion would kill them in an instant. He was a fighter by birth. And he would not back down. Never. Never in a million years, would he ever back down from a fight.

Killion
It's okay; I'll find a way
You ain't gonna take me down. NO WAY!
Don't judge a thing until you know what's inside it
Don't push me - I'll fight it

I let my daint padders carry my Dalmation through the area I was more than just a little fermillure with. The emptiness of the place reminded me of the other days occurance. Stupid German Shepherd and his filthy pride. He should have just let the wench get what was coming to her. Should have stayed out of the way. Of course my brother got to plant his seed in her anyway, and even got to kill an old rival while he was at it. Thats why I loved my brother, he was all power. It was odd though, out of the two of us I was the trained killer, not him. But it was in his heart, had always been, even as pups at the firehouse. What an odd job for a dog like Echo, saving lives, when all he really wanted to do was take them. I remember one time he told me a story of how he tripped his partner in a fire, just to watch him roll down the inflamed stairs. He watched for a moment laughing to himself, before saving the ignorant firemans life, and leaving the fire called a hero. Echo was good like that.

I walked my slender body past a large round tube, much like an over turned trash can in looks, and made my way to a large convayer belt. I lept easily onto the belt and strode over the table it sat on as if I owned the damn place. I had quite a few good memories here, and member of a pack or not, I would always return here to think. I was so rapped up in my memories, that I had not noticed the dog by the trash can thing, or smell him as I pranced about. I should have knwon better, being a trained fighting dog, I should always be aware. But with Echo killing a rival lead, and the new lead carrying his spawn, it seemed as though nothing could go wrong. The Industrial Pack was on top of the world. And I certinitly felt intitled.

Words: A lot, I will be getting a counter soon
Notes: They shouldnt fight, they would make good friends, though I understand if you want to start it as a fight, end in a draw, then a truce...

Killion's whole body shook at the smell of another dog. He raised himself to a sitting position, his nose higher in the air as if sniffing a scent. A female. Why on earth would a female come here? Despite his brutality, Killion was a curious dog. He liked meeting new dogs. It's just that sometimes his strength and defensiveness got the better of him. If someone would just bear with him for a while, he or she might just see the softer side of this brute. Might, being the key word. The only one who had ever seen his softer side was probably Dakoda. And now that dog was gone. Poof. Killion was shocked that he actually missed Dakoda. Maybe that was because Dakoda was the only companion Killion had ever had. Killion would never forget him. He knew that much.

The brute stood fully, following the scent back near the middle of the factory. He was careful not to make a sound, his paws falling daintily on the floor. The brute was as silent as the grave as he made his way forward. He stopped several feet away from the fem. A dalmation. Killion had always liked them. Each dalmation was different than another. That's what he liked. Golden retrievers, like himself, all looked the same. So...boring. Killion liked how his coat shimmered and how his long fur kept him warm during the winter. But that was about all he liked about his physical appearance. Everything else bugged him. Killion was unlike any other golden retriever. He was cold. As cold as ice, really. He had no feelings for other dogs. He was not bothered by injuring or killing. Killion was just trying to work his way up the food chain so he would not be killed.

The brute released a growl and leaped from behind his hiding place. He jumped in front of the dalmation and snapped his white teeth. His whole body was tense, prepared for anything. Killion spoke, his voice strong and authoritative, "Who are you? And what are you doing here?" Usually, he was not one to start a conversation. And here he was asking the questions. Great, he thought sarcastically. The brute studied the fem more closely now. Why? Well, because he could. Her body was thin, well shaped. Each spot seemed so defined. Her eyes were a gorgeous color. Killion averted his gaze to stop himself from drowning in the dalmation's eyes. Reminded him that he hated his boring, brown eyes. So typical. Again, so boring.

Killion
And wherever I wander - the one thing I've learned
It's to here - I will always....always return

I flinched, though other than that, showed no sign of being startled. damn me for daydreaming, I should have been aware of him. Now he stands facing me with a menacing glare. As if that would phase me, does he even know who I am? "I am acting on my rights to explore on free lands. Dont act like you own it mutt, you own nothing, especially out here. I can tell by your scent your new here, so I'll let your ignorance slide for now and simply introduce myself. I am Silence, sister to the great leader of the Industrial Pack. You are clearly packless, so telling me where you are from is useless, your bloodline is clear even to a blind dog, so tell me your name." I was so cool, always calm and composed. He could harm me, sure, I wouldnt get out of this unscaved if he started a fight, but he sure as hell couldnt kill me, bigger dogs had tried. Whatever he was, he was tough but he sure as hell wasnt a trained fighting dog like me.

He seemed odd for his breed, lacking the fun loving nature and light hearted annoyingness that most of his kind flaunted. He was cold and closed off, just a beautifull oximoron. His body was that of an amazingly georgous loveable mutt, though his dark and broody eyes showed he was nothing of the sort. I had to laugh on the inside at him, a menacing Retriever, who had heard of such a thing? I found it exotic and exciting. Oh the fun the two of us could have, both being good natured breed humans tended to trust. We could take on the world of two leggeds if we wanted to. I had a sudden unexplained fondness for the brute already, even if I senced he would soon try and start a fight, one he simply couldnt win. He was bigger, yes, but he was a runner, a water dog, and had far to much fur to make him an avid fighter. Sure some dog off the street could fall prey to his rage, but a trained fighter could find every weak spot, with her eyes closed. I was built to be faster, more direct in my movements, and sleek in design so as to slip free of an attackers hold easily. I was not made like the mastiffs and other fighting dogs, designed with loose skin to protect thier muscles and organs from teeth. No there was still a danger there for me, but I was fast, and very flexable. Like a snake I could twist out of even a bulldogs grasp, and turn on him in an instant with a full on assult of bites and slaps with my dainty, yet powerfull paws.

But thats just where my mind wanders out of instinct, ready for battle, analysing ever aspect of the possible fight, even though I had no desire to fight with this dog. Make him a partner in crime, maybe, but fighting was just a boring waste of energy. I was not like most fighting dogs who live and breath for the thrill of the fight. No, I fight to stay alive, and if I dont have to, I wont. Simple as that, I dont see a need to fight now, when we could so easily help eachother and maybe have fun in the proccess.

Words: not to many, but a good amount because I was into it this post lol I have a fun Idea for them if you are interested.. But let me see where it goes a bit more before I tell you about it ok?
Notes: Aw... love/distrust at first site lol
